Encontro Nacional de Ranicultura & International Meeting on Frog Research and Technology
O Encontro Nacional de Ranicultura (ENAR) é um evento genuinamente brasileiro, que começou em 1978, em Brasília (DF). Sua última edição ocorreu em 2011 na Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU/MG). Desde então, nenhum outro evento nacional ocorreu. O ENAR sempre foi um evento de celebração e união entre produtores, técnicos, pesquisadores, professores e empresários em geral, que trabalham ou têm interesse na criação comercial de rãs. No intuito de eliminarmos esse lapso de tempo e seguindo a tendência crescente dos eventos virtuais em tempos de pandemia de Covid-19, estamos organizando o encontro no formato nacional e internacional (ENAR/TECHNOFROG), totalmente "on-line", a ser realizado entre os dias 9 e 13 de novembro de 2020. O Tema escolhido para essa edição é "Carne de rã: a proteína aquática do milênio".
The National Raniculture Meeting (ENAR) is a genuinely Brazilian event, which began in 1978, in Brasília (DF). Its last edition occurred in 2011 at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU/MG). Since then, no other national events have taken place. ENAR has always been an event of celebration and union between producers, technicians, researchers, teachers and entrepreneurs in general, who work or are interested in the commercial rearing of frogs. In order to eliminate this time lapse and following the growing trend of virtual events in times of Covid-19 pandemic, we are organizing the meeting in national and international formats (ENAR/TECHNOFROG), totally “on-line”, to be held between November 9th to 13th, 2020. The theme chosen for this edition is "Frog meat: the aquatic protein of the millennium".
